Witnessed through a 7 foot window and my view was slightly obstructed by a very small forest of bare oaks. While obstructed the bright white/blue streak was attention grabbing. The window faces north and it appeared to go in a straight line/down. No accompany noise and I am not sure if it broke up or not.
