I pretty much typed the first hand account in the first description box but I live on a ranch and have seen tons of shooting stars, green fireball looking things. This was by far the wildest one yet. I happened to see it through the window and was brighter than the lights in my house. I though a plane was crashing for a split millisecond

Brightness caught my eye through the window, as bright as the headlight brights of a newer model of car. It came straight down and ended with what I swear was a fire explosion. I went outside to listen and look for a second but heard and saw nothing more. Left a white trail only while in motion. I’ve seen bright “shooting stars” and even big geen balls but never anything like this
